Meet Patricia J. Custodio
Patricia is no stranger to the Human Resources and Training and Development world. As a matter of fact, she spent 18 years in Ayala Land Incorporated (ALI), Philippines’ leading property developer, handling various training needs of ALI and all of its subsidiaries. After an impressive run, she was appointed to External Affairs Office directly working under the Office of the President to handle Community Relations, Investors Relations and other special projects for the company.To further feed her thirst for knowledge and experiences, she ventured out and joined Prumerica where she later on was awarded Super Gold Agency Manager during the Prudential Insurance International Conference held in Maui, Hawaii in 2001. In 2002, she joined Manulife Financial Plans and in the same year was awarded Region of the Year, and in 2003, awarded Region of the Year 1st runner up.
Also a Certified Interaction Management Facilitator by the SGV Consulting Group, Patricia rose from the ranks becoming the Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of Recruitment then moved to Agency Director for Visayas and Metro Manila. She continued to be Head of Management Training for Manulife-Chinabank Life Assurance Corporation in 2013 and quickly took over Manulife Cambodia as Chief Agency Officer. After gaining regional experiences, she was taken by the Partner bank as the Senior Assistant Vice President and National Marketing Executive and Deputy Head for China Banking Corporation, Philippines- which conceptualizes and conducts developmental and empowering training programs for all branches across the country. She is now an Independent Board of Director for Sterling Bank of Asia.
