This aims to review and improve concepts on various products, enhance positioning of marketing tools and update distribution channels to showcase product features and benefits. This course allow agents and managers to go back to basic and execute a better strategy moving forward.

With this notion in mind, these phone calls are always your first crack at customer service-making this as important as an actual interaction. This workshop will show you how to make the best impression, how to strategically convey important information without being too much and how to gain the customer’s trust and close the deal without selling.


Enhanced Pep Rally

Our version of a Pep Rally is a 30-minute morning huddle with branch sales team to motivate and focus on key results areas. Topics include selling techniques, product awareness, BSP updates, etc. We provide PowerPoint presentations to be used across all branches nationwide to assist in the learning process. Each team member gets a designated topic to handle to be able to develop leadership and platform skills
